In-stock orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same working day, and always within 1–2 working days. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your order leaves us.
Sealed products are packed box-in-box with internal padding. Cards and accessories ship in rigid mailers. Your pulls deserve better than a jiffy bag.
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Some services are unavailable or carry a small surcharge for Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands & Islands — available options for your postcode are shown at checkout.
Pre-order items ship as soon as stock arrives, usually on or just before release day. If your order mixes in-stock and pre-order items, everything ships together when complete.
