Pre-orders let you secure allocation of upcoming releases before they arrive. Payment is taken in full at checkout, which confirms your allocation.
Pre-orders are dispatched as soon as stock arrives from the distributor — usually on or just before the official release date. Release dates shown on product pages come from the manufacturer.
Occasionally manufacturers or distributors delay releases — this affects every UK retailer, not just us. If a delay happens:
In the rare case a distributor cuts our allocation and we can't fulfil your pre-order, you'll receive a full refund immediately. We never oversell knowingly — allocation counters are enforced at checkout.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items ship together when everything is available. Want your in-stock items sooner? Place two separate orders.
Cancel any pre-order before dispatch for a full refund — just contact us or reply to your confirmation email.
The price you pay at pre-order is fixed. If we lower the price before release, we'll refund the difference — just ask.
