30-day returns
You can return unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Conditions
- Products must be unopened with any factory seal intact
- Products must be in resaleable condition
- Trading card products where the seal or shrink-wrap has been removed cannot be returned (the contents are the product), unless faulty
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — including return postage.
How to return
- Request a return from your account (or contact us for guest orders)
- We'll review the request within 1 working day
- Post the item back within 14 days of approval
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the return
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
