These terms apply to purchases from Olympus TCG. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel affected orders and refund in full.
High-demand releases may carry per-customer limits, shown on the product page. Orders exceeding limits may be reduced or cancelled with a refund of the difference.
Delivery estimates are made in good faith but aren't guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. See delivery information.

We're not liable for losses that weren't foreseeable when you ordered, or that weren't caused by our breach. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing limits our liability for fraud or for death/personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
